Notifications for merch orders

We have a few webstores that are open year round and people order at will. Would be awesome if there was some sort of notification option for these stores so we can tell when we get an order. None of us seem to be able to remember to check all 6 stores daily and orders are missed or made twice.

Heath Shuford: Are you guys considering changing this to setting the option for individual stores? We don't need to get emails every hour for all of the stores we have open. We only need it for the ones that stay open longer and get random orders. At this point, we are probably going to turn it off because it's more of an annoyance than helpful.

Matthew Simmons: We do not currently have store-specific notifications prioritized but appreciate your feedback and will evaluate that against other features in our product strategy planning. One idea to consider if you have a lot of store orders being placed from various stores is to create a "Merch Notifications" email folder. It may not be the exact solution being requested but could help you get the best of both worlds if you do still want to receive notifications of new merch store orders.

Heath Shuford: This was supposed to be an option you could select "BY STORE", not for every store. It's more of an annoyance if we have to toggle it on for EVERY store.

Chris McDevitt: Haha yea the hourly email is not really helpful at all when you have 15 stores open. Daily.. MAYBE. But all I really want to know is if my long running stores that get an order every week or two gets an order.

This notification for orders made through merch stores was originally requested back in 2019! I know the status of this request says “Under Review”, but can we get an update?
ideally, this feature should be implemented in a way that allows you to toggle it on and off for stores. We may not want to get notifications emailed for ALL stores always.

This is such a critical need. I'm missing orders constantly for stores that are open year-round and orders come in sporadically. So, frustrating! Email notification for each new order coming in. Have the option to turn it off if you don't need it.

This would be great for our accounting. As these orders do not export to QBO we have to hand enter them there ourselves. It would be great to get a heads-up so we could create the invoice in QBO.

In Merch... Say I have 10 stores. On the top line is the # of orders need fufillment, but I need to go search ALL of the stores to go find which stores have new orders. Add some flashing blinking button or different color, NEW ORDER IN XYZ STORE, or SOMETHING to let me know which stores have new orders.
