The ability to look at a month by invoice date and see all payments associated with those invoices and the payment type.
All of this info is already tracked but there isn't a report that provides this functionality.
A snapshot or downloadable excel report would make it a lot easier than having to go through each invoice to see payment method.

We have a lot of reporting updates planned, but won't be able to kick them off until after we get through customer portal, statements, credits, and stored billing methods. It's coming though!

Analytics in general needs improvement. There are some basic reporting functions that if included would greatly improve the value of Printavo to our business.
Payments Collected - a report of payments collected during a time period that includes the method of payment.
Sales by Line Item - a report of sales by Category over a time period. This needs to be downloadable.
Sales by User - you should be able to filter this by PAID invoices - very useful for when you pay commissions only on Paid invoices.

Linda Bruno: Hi, did you ever find a solution to this? Specifically, the sales by user? New user here and trying to pay a sales person comms after an invoice is paid is a struggle!

Please work on the sales tax report as well. All it needs is to be based on actual payments by date instead of invoice created dates and statuses.
Currently I pull payments for a date range using the export data report in the account menu which works fine but adds time in manipulating the spreadsheet everytime. The current sales tax report in analytics is unusable because if we figure out tax from paid invoices for invoices created last month we don't see late payments for invoices paid this month.
I understand there is quickbooks and maybe some way to jimmy rig status to make things work but.. 🫠

Marc Elliott - Hi Marc, I'm going through some "Planned" and "In Progress" items to see how things are tracking and I just noticed your comment. Not sure how I missed it. Sorry! Are you still with Printavo? Have you found a solution?

Linda Bruno No and we stopped trying. We get what we can from the info that syncs to QB and we'll deal with it until we change away from printavo at the end of this year.

Marc Elliott That's fair. This has been "Planned" since May 2023 and has still not moved to "In Progress". I don't think we will see this addressed any time soon. If you don't mind sharing, have you found a better program/solution?
