We would use Printavo to Order from Vendors if I could attach the Art Files to send with it. I like being able to keep it all together. Instead of sending a PO thru Printavo and then having to send the art through my email system. I could send the WO with attachment but then they can see all my production & In-house notes.
Is this something Printavo can do?

We actually just implemented this at the our shop! We have an automated message that sends to fellow Printavo using vendors when we check off a Preset Task List for that vendor. That message includes a link to the public work order via the [work-order-public-url] shortcode. They are directed in that email to use the Production Files via that link, which they can access!
